Job Title: Receptionist / File Clerk
Reports To: Office Manager
Job Summary: This position is responsible for relaying incoming phone calls and performing various clerical tasks.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Details: Part – Time position with opportunity for growth.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Answers calls on a multi-line phone system.
Takes accurate messages and efficiently transfers calls to the appropriate person.
Receives, signs for, and delivers packages to the appropriate person promptly.
Types correspondence and memorandums in the proper format. Proofreads and distributes as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
