Job Title: Receptionist / File Clerk

Reports To: Office Manager

Job Summary: This position is responsible for relaying incoming phone calls and performing various clerical tasks.  

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm

 

Details: Part – Time position with opportunity for growth.

 

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Answers calls on a multi-line phone system. 

  • Takes accurate messages and efficiently transfers calls to the appropriate person.

  • Receives, signs for, and delivers packages to the appropriate person promptly.

  • Types correspondence and memorandums in the proper format. Proofreads and distributes as assigned.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
