  • Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.

  • Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival.

  • Opens and distributes incoming mail on a daily basis, and prepares outgoing mail using postage meter.

  • Receives and signs for packages, and delivers to the appropriate person promptly.

Job Title: Driver-CDL Class A or Class B Only

Reports To:  Yard Manager

 

Summary:  Completes assigned deliveries and pick-ups of merchandise and assists with shipping and receiving by performing the following duties.

  • Operates company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner

  • Picks up merchandise and invoices from warehouse/vendors.*

  • Delivers merchandise to customers in a timely manner.*

  • Ensures delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoices.*

  • Ensures delivery vehicles are clean and in good working condition.*
